Nik Geranios’ approach to the practice of law is simple: one-on-one personal service, attention to detail, and bringing his years of legal experience to help obtain the results you expect. Nik will take the time and effort to understand your particular situation. Over the past two decades of practicing law, Nik has developed a deep appreciation of the negative impact that events (legal and otherwise) can have on his client’s lives. Witnessing the considerable relief that comes as a result of having an effective legal advocate to address these events, has fueled Nik’s passion for areas of law that help bring people to a better place in their lives.

Whether by helping clients wipe out massive medical or credit card debt, preparing a will, solving the complex issues of an aging parent, or completing an adoption,  Nik’s genuine compassion and years of experience will ensure the best possible result for his clients. He operates a small and lean practice – with an emphasis on giving clients personal attention  – and that is what sets him apart.

Nik graduated from The University of Montana School of law in 1995. Since then, he has been involved in a wide range of practices –criminal defense, elder law, bankruptcy, contract disputes, family law, commercial litigation, and estate planning. His current practice focuses on bankruptcy, estate planning, and elder law.
