Highly professional and very effective

Matt was instrumental in providing me with sound legal guidance and effective assistance in an employment related case against the State of Montana. Matt's superb expertise in employment law, knowledge of state practices and valuable advice ensured that my case was resolved satisfactorily and with a ...minimum of expense avoiding lengthy litigation. Matt has also assisted me with a last will and testament and again I was very pleased with his and his office's services. I have always been very impressed with Matt's professionalism, calm demeanor, and results oriented counseling.

Wonderful experenced Lawyer

Matt is a brilliant and likeable attorney. He certainly knows estate law and has the ability to work through the situation for the most optimal outcome for his client. He is very down to earth; listens well; asks insightful questions and is definitely not arrogant. My probate case went on for several... years and split off with other issues. Matt hung in there with me when another lawyer helping me in Denver died in the mist of the case, Matt got up to speed so I could continue to the finish line. What’s funny I live in Colorado and all these years since 2009, have never met Matt, yet I know him well. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone who is looking for a solid, world class-smart, non-nonsense attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
