Thinks that not orally arguing your rights in status hearings is ok. Allows other parties to demoralize his clients. Will abandon your case for higher profile cases. Thinks that he does good work when i still have rights to my children but can never see them. Never once asserted the children have no ...right to choose where the live. Allowed my abusive ex husband to get the kids back after they were initially taken from him. Never once argued that the children could have been being manipulated due to his unsupervised contact with them. I don't care if it was a closed case this lawyer doesn't deserve to practice law.

Took on my case and promissed me that he would get my daughter back from my abusive exhusband. promissed me if things went wrong he would appeal it. Allowed a judge to laugh at me, Allowed other attorneys to slander my name. When we asked him to appeal the case... he responded with Dont have time and... you need to accept the District Court Ruling. I was never accused of any abuse and was quoted as a "weak" parent I dont abuse drugs and have 3 children in my custody but this lawyer thinks its ok to "Maintain your rights to your child but never be able to see hold or visit them when you have done nothing wrong to deserve it" and appealing this ruling to a higher court would be "practically not in your best interest"
