Soils settlement of a row home (town home) complex. Additional issues included failure to build to plans, roofing problems, and other structural issues. We represented all owners individually on claims ... against the builder and subcontractors, including negligence and violation of the Montana Consumer Protection Act. After approximately 15 depositions and a two-day mediation, the case resolved with multiple defendants and insurers.
