Kyle D. Cunningham

I am Montana born and raised.  I have been practicing law for 23 years, and spent time in the banking industry prior to returning to law school.  My practice is limited to family law, and engaging in alternative dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and settlement conferences).  My settlement rate exceeds 93% on an annual basis.

I am active in the Missoula community, and have served on numerous local boards, including Little League baseball, Legion Baseball, Grizzly Scholarship Association, Missoula Country Club and others.  I coached youth sports for many years.  

It is my belief that clients can often resolve issues in family law by themselves, or with professional guidance.  I work with clients to try and resolve their cases with the best result, with the least amount of expense and strain on the family.
