Don’t waste your time she only takes walk in the park cases and those handle on you own
She lead me to believe she was taking my case. I turned down 2 other offers for her. Losing extremely valuable time for deadlines. They asked for documents I delivered them to their office and I spent over an hour on the phone thinking I was working with an attorney and it was a call center affiliate...
This review is untrue. When a potential client contacts Murphy Law Firm, the potential client is connected to my paralegal in my Great Falls office who works closely with me. Unlike national box firms, we do not use call centers. My paralegal is highly experienced and specifically tells potential clients that she is taking the information for the attorney to review and decide if we can help with their case. My paralegal spends the necessary time getting the information to understand the nuances of each individual case. Then I review all of the information using Social Security law and my 26 years of experience. We spend hours of our time reviewing the potential case and we do not charge potential clients for the in-depth evaluation. Unfortunately, Social Security rules and regulations and federal bureaucracy prevent us from helping some people. I understand that people get disappointed when I cannot help them. I do not refer potential clients to any other disability attorneys in Great Falls, because there are not any. Due to the difficulties of representing people in this area of law, there are only a handful of Social Security disability attorneys in the State of Montana.
