Eric E. Holm

Attorney Eric E. Holm has been honored as a Top 100 National Trial Lawyer - Montana Plaintiff. Eric has been a featured speaker at seminars such as Labor and Employment Law: Best Practices for Public and Private Employers, and Montana Trial Lawyers Association, Making Your Case: Practice Tips from the Bench and Bar. His work has been published in Trial Trends Magazine. Eric earned an Honors Degree from Georgetown College and received his law degree from the University of Montana School of Law in 2007.

Eric has practiced law in Billings for 15 years, focusing on civil trial litigation. Eric enjoys a broad practice in the areas of complex employment and discrimination law, business advisement on employee policies and procedures, significant personal injury, wrongful death, and automobile insurance claims, as well as commercial representation and general civil litigation in the Billings area and throughout the state of Montana. He has regularly represented clients in state and federal courts and before the Montana Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Montana Human Rights Bureau, Department of Labor, and other agencies.

Eric is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Montana, plus the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
