You are responsible for the balance. They will bill you and then send it into collections.

No you can leave at any time. The law only says that you need to be a Montana resident for 90 days before you file for divorce.

Not sure where you are in your case but you can file a petition for reinstatement or you might be able to get an essential drivers license.
