I hired this firm on jan 21st 2019 to file a chapter 13 plan to save our house that is set to foreclose on Feb 21st 2019. I paid them $2300 retainer and was told they would be in touch to get documents. I had already brought a box full of documents with me which they didn't want. I took the online c...ourse and got the badge and then two weeks later having heard nothing I wrote and asked for an update. The email I got back was rude and condescending and they blamed us for not providing them documents. We fired back that we had done the online counseling, they had the badge from that and that they had told us they would be in touch. We fired them and they kept all but $810 of our retainer. So they got $1500 for doing nothing and we lost our home and most of our retainer, due to their tardiness and unprofessional conduct.
