Mrs. Jones was left virtually destitute. Mrs. Inglis represented Mrs. Jones and filed a Response to the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage and multiple Requests for Order due to Mr. Jones' unwillingness to cooperate.

Mr. Smith wanted to keep all of his assets acquired before marriage separate and not subject to division should the marriage fail. Mrs. Inglis represented Mr. Smith and drafted a Prenuptial Agreement which protected all of his separate property assets acquired prior to marriage. The Agreement also identified assets which would become community property, protected the prospective bride against any liability for Mr. Smith’s separate property debt, and made provision for her living arrangements should they divorce.
