Bennett L. Johnson

Bennett is an attorney in Vogel’s Environmental Law, Water Law, and Land Use group who focuses his practice on representation of clients of all sizes with various environmental and regulatory needs, including navigating permitting requirements for resource development projects, and conducting environmental due diligence for both equity and industry aligned clients. Additionally, Bennett counsels regional and local water related governmental entities as to their operations and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Bennett attended the University of Wyoming College Of Law where he graduated with honors while participating in the Energy, Environment, and Natural Resource Pathways program. Prior to joining the Vogel Law Firm, Bennett practiced in the areas of land use and timber law in northern Minnesota. While not practicing law, Bennett spends his time with his family and enjoys travelling, hiking, snowmobiling, and automotive restoration.
