OUTCOME: Dismissed

In the month of May 2015, my office had 11 criminal cases completely dismissed, as well as other appropriate reductions in charges. Additionally, a client (mother) was able to have all of her children ... returned to her full custody and the Court terminated the involvement of Child Protective Services. And in another domestic court success, a client (father) maintained 50/50 shared parenting after the mother filed a motion asking the court to change the parenting orders.
