Kristen is polite, smart, talented, and flat out gets results. In a tough situation my experience with Kristen as very successful because of her talent and preparation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

I never thought I would be faced with divorce, I didn’t know what to do, I contacted Kristen Hushka and she helped me through everything, she really helped put my mind at ease. She was very compassionate and Knowledgeable.

Fair and knowledgeable

I was never a person who thought I'd be getting a divorce. But yet - there I was. Left to fend for myself, and with kids in tow. After all was said & done, I will never say "I'm so glad I'm divorced!" -- but I will say "I'm glad I had an attorney like Kristen to walk me through the process." The q...uestions I had were answered very quickly & her staff was on top of my case. She was an advocate for me, sounding board and let me know what her concerns were along the way.

Normally I would not partake in a survey or review but this one deserves my utmost of attention. I would like to start out by saying if an election was held tomorrow for the best Divorce Lawyer in the State of North Dakota I would nominate Kristen Hushka. She did an outstanding job handling my case ...from orientation right on through to settlement. My Divorce case started in November of 2018 and became final August 23rd 20019. during that time several issues came to the surface including one court appearance and a lengthy mediation. Kristen handled each one in an excellent manor. She showed total compassion for my case while staying within the letter of the law. I will gladly recommend her to anyone who asks.

Knowledgable, hard-working, and compassionate.

Kristen has handled my ongoing divorce and custody issues, including domestic violence and an out of state ex-spouse, from the beginning with knowledge, compassion, and discretion. I would recommend Kristen and Pladsen Law office to those looking for attorneys who will work with you and for you.
