OUTCOME: Settlements were negotiated with several insurance companies to pay the cost of replacing the destroyed trees.

A group of juveniles decided to hold a bon fire party on my client's property. They left with out putting out the fire. The wind blew the fire across the property destroying many young trees that my ... client had planted by hand.
