Stephen J. Baird

I live in Japan and contacted Stephen about selling music items on consignment to which he agreed. The first few items I sent to him went through relatively easily and funds were paid. I then sent him a commercial quantity of music equipment via sea freight at a considerable cost which included... drum machines, multi track recorders, samplers etc. The arrangement was that he would test these items, sell them and return the agreed amount after the sale. I would estimate that the value of these items, if they were all working would be close to 20,000 USD. The majority of the items in Stephens possession belong to my employer. Stephen has put me in an impossible position, because he's completely ghosted me now, including blocking my email address, and I'm unable to update my employer about any sales, developments or anything else that is to timely provided every month with other partners. Stephen has made promises and done absolutely nothing to follow through with anything. I've asked him firmly, to make arrangements for me to have the items collected which have all been ignored. I read similar stories about Stephen on bad trader forums where he did something similar to someone else.
