My name is Jason Heston Van Horn and I am an attorney licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota. I specialize in criminal defense, with a focus on DUI/DWI and drug related cases.
It is my goal to leave evey client satisfied knowing I explored every avenue of defense. I firmly believe that laws are not in place simply to police the public, but rather to ensure a just and equal enforcement of the law for the common citizen as well as law enforcement.
Beyond a passion for pursuing justice, I strive to ensure each and every client is provided thoughtful and prompt communication. I understand that any legal battle brings immense anxiety and stress. The most important aspect of my job is to bridge the gap between the courts and my clients to ensure that nothing passes a client by.
