This was a complex child support matter that included issues of self-employment income, earning capacity, special needs for a child with a diagnosis of autism, and deviation from the Guidelines that re ... sulted in a large child support order against my client. We appealed the Order and of the 6 errors we raised on appeal, the Superior Court determined that the trial court abused its discretion with respect to 4 of the claims raised. Rather than reverse and remand, the Superior Court vacated the trial court order.
