OUTCOME: The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania affirmed the trial court and Zoning Hearing Board's decision to invalidate the challenged rezoning.

Represented a citizens' group challenging the rezoning of land from residential zoning to industrial zoning. This was a challenge to the validity of the rezoning on a theory that the Township had enga ... ged in spot zoning when it changed the designation of residential land to industrial land that sat adjacent to other residential land in the Township.
