Dylan Allen Wilde

Dylan Wilde has been in private practice since 2006, specializing in litigation and specifically wrongful death and personal injury actions.  He has extensive trial experience and has conducted numerous jury trials as well as trials to the court.  Dylan is a member in good standing with the South Dakota Bar Association, the North Dakota Bar Association, and the Wyoming Bar Association.  Additionally, Dylan has participated in legal proceedings across the United States.

Dylan has a background in accounting and is a licensed CPA.  Having an accounting background has been an invaluable asset in his law practice.  Dylan is very detailed oriented and meticulous in his research.  He takes a very analytical approach to the facts and the application of those facts to the applicable law in each case.  Dylan understands the details of medical care and costs, and how injuries can affect a client's quality of life.  Dylan works to uncover and prove all accident relates injuries, damages, costs, and expenses, to ensure the settlement or judgment proceeds provide adequate compensation.  With his attention to detail, each case is well prepared for trial and is easily presented to the jury or judge.

In 2002, Dylan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Black Hills State University with a B.S. in General Accounting.  He has been a licenced CPA since 2002.  Dylan graduatd with Sterling Honors from the University of South Dakota School of law in 2005.  He was the Editor-in-Chief of Volume 50 of the South Dakota Law Review.  Immeidatley following gradutaiton from law school, Dylan served a one-year clerkship with the South Dakota Supreme Court.
