Swinderman v. Weaver

OUTCOME: The Agency prevailed.

Our Agency was mistakenly held liable for $7,500 of debt that a home Seller (Weaver) actually owed. Buyer Swinderman purchased the property and our Agency performed a title exam. Ultimately, on Appea ... l, our Agency was found not liable, and Weaver was found to owe the debt, not us.
