Justin Allen Dibona

Justin DiBona joined Gunderson, Palmer, Nelson & Ashmore, LLP as an associate attorney in 2016 but has a long history with the firm, as he worked at GPNA during college and interned in law school. His specialties include Business and Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, and Business Succession Planning.

Justin was born in Aberdeen and grew up in Rapid City. He attended Rapid City Christian High School and then Northern State University where he majored in finance with a minor in economics. Justin received a full scholarship to Creighton University School of Law in Omaha. There, he tutored at the legal writing center and served as a research assistant in matters of tax and business law, securities regulation and gaming law. He graduated magna cum laude, in the top 10% of his class. After law school, Justin clerked for the 7th Judicial Court of South Dakota.

Justin and his wife Hannah have two little boys, Beckham and Cooper. They enjoy time with extended family around Rapid City. Justin stays active with golf and exercise. He plays city-league basketball and football and spent two years coaching kindergarten basketball. Hard-working, intelligent and conscientious, Justin has been a welcome asset to the GPNA team. He loves nothing more than a thoughtful conversation and knows that the mark of a great attorney is to be a true listener!
