Jerad R. Tomac

With roots in a rural ranching community and having served in the Army, Jerad is a firm believer in the value of hard work, perseverance and doing things the right way.  He truly loves the law and enjoys researching and writing legal documents, as well as arguing a client’s position before a judge.  Never one to back down under pressure, Jerad will vehemently defend a client’s interest while, at the same time, maintaining the ability to help them understand the big picture.  All the while, promptly returning phone calls, meeting deadlines and treating people with the utmost respect. Relatable and down to earth, Jerad has a way of explaining things like the intricacies of a domestic asset protection trust in a way that anyone can understand.  Not only a lawyer, but a father, husband, son and small business owner, Jerad believes that success begins with doing the right thing and treating people well.  When not working for clients, Jerad can be found most often spending time with his boys – whether skiing, hunting, or just making an omelet.
