A very low impact, same-direction collision near Aspen, Colorado where injuries far exceeded what would have been expected due to lack of substantial vehicle damage, etc. The other driver held minimal ... coverage and was a pauper. My firm took the case and patiently allowed the medical treatment to run its course; despite the limitations that would have scared off less experienced counsel, we pressed the matter to three separate insurers and recovered FULL LIABILITY LIMITS from all three policies and ultimately ended up with six-figure net recovery for the client on a case other law firms would have rejected at the threshold.
