Mediation of Dispute over Prenuptial Agreement

Husband and wife entered into a prenuptial agreement. After their separation a dispute arose among the parties regarding the language of the agreement which governed the division of their personal and ... household property. The parties' attorneys attempted to resolve the dispute over a period of time through standard/adversarial negotiations but no resolution was reached. The attorneys referred the parties to our office for mediation. We were are able to obtain a complete resolution in one mediation session which lasted less than two hours.
