Trey D. Hubers

Trey D. Hubers is a lifelong resident of the Sioux Falls and Brandon area. After graduating from Brandon Valley High School, Trey earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Sioux Falls in 2022. While attending the University of Sioux Falls, Trey completed four majors and was a four-year starter on the university’s baseball team. Following his undergraduate studies, Trey attended the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, graduating in 2025 in the top 1/3rd of his class. His strong academic background and team-oriented mindset bring both precision and perseverance to his work, qualities that shine through when seeking justice for those who have been seriously injured.

While in law school, Trey interned with Hoy Law and Dakota Accident Law and gained deep insight into personal injury litigation, specifically cases involving commercial motor vehicles. He found, and continues to find, helping those who have been negligently injured seek justice deeply rewarding and fulfilling.

In his free time, Trey enjoys spending time with his wife, Grace, their dog, Malibu, their friends and family, golfing, working out, and traveling.
