David D. Knoff

I have had the opportunity to practice in many different areas. I have worked with everything from small businesses just getting started to personal injury litigation. Over the last several years I have concentrated on estate planning (wills and trusts) probate and real estate matters. I am also often involved in trust and estate litigation on a regular basis. I have a particular interest in farming operations and enjoy working with farm families in planning succession while being fair to all of their children. I have also counseled many families who are dealing with an elderly parent who will need nursing home care in the future.

I also perform mediation in an attempt to resolve disputes before they get out of control—both financially and emotionally. I primarily deal with family disputes, including custody and divorce, however I have done personal injury mediation as well.
