About Jared
Biography
Jared joined Gass Law in 2009. Since then he’s represented numerous clients in a variety of legal matters. His aggressive advocacy has proven invaluable time and time again. When most young attorneys are stuck doing research, Jared has been in the courtroom, on the front lines of both civil litigation and criminal proceedings.
Jared grew up in De Smet and attended SDSU from 1999-2004 where he earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering while also playing basketball for the Jackrabbit Men’s Basketball Team. After undergrad, Jared worked in Elk Point, SD as a civil engineer in training before going back to law school at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Jared and his family currently live in Brookings, and are happy to be back home in South Dakota; even during the winter. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working out.

bad attorney
This was the worst attorney I have ever met. Gas waited till the last day if trial to call witnesses, some if which never showed up. He worked with a judge to help us lose a case than in appeal did nothing I don't recommend him as an attorney,and if u had him in the past u should get a new trial. ...
