I had the pleasure of working with Timothy Dodd for my child custody case. Mr. Dodd was very polite, he was sympathetic with my case, he was knowledge filled, and he never tried to over charge on small things. I won my case because of him, and I couldn't be more thankful for him and his service. I wo...uld definitely recommend him to others.

The worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. My family custody case was a sensitive and hard situation but he was not kind or understanding what so ever. He was very rude and yelled at me multiple times over the phone, always interrupted me while I was trying to tell him something important, and threaten...ed me. 90% of the time we talked was not even about the case, it was about money and payments. That's all he cared about. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE.

This is my Father's lawyer. His documents are full of miss spelled words. He provides poor advice. It has taken over a year for my parents to get a divorce. Does not follow through. Taking advantage of two elderly people. Did not file with courthouse. My mother's lawyer had to file and she ...had to pay the filing fee of $402.00. My father filed for divorce, so his lawyer should have filed with the courthouse and my father pay the fee. The worst lawyer I have ever dealt with.
