Charles Andrew Seuntjens

Charles is a Shareholder for the Pemberton Law Firm and works out of its Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, office. Charles' practice focuses primarily on estate planning and corporate law. Since joining Pemberton in 2009, Charles has established a successful estate planning and corporate practice that extends throughout the States of Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. He enjoys assisting clients ranging from farming families to large corporate clients in areas such as estate planning, business succession planning, tax planning, charitable gifting, wealth transfer planning, and corporate compliance. He regularly is requested to speak and lecture on these various areas, and during his free time, he enjoys serving his community by volunteering for non-profits and charitable organizations.
