Tara Lynn Wolff

After moving numerous times during my childhood, my family settled in Park Rapids the summer before my freshman year, and I graduated from Park Rapids Area High School in 1993. After working and traveling for a number of years, I graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Communications and Journalism. Then followed law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law, where I graduated, with honors, in May 2005.

After law school I worked as an associate attorney at the firm of Camrud, Maddock, Olson & Larson in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Yearning for a change of scenery, I took a chance and moved to Southern California where I worked as in-house counsel for Verizon Wireless. After a few years of long commutes in eight-lane traffic (and surfing, and sunshine), my small town roots called me back home to the north woods.

I returned to Park Rapids and opened my law practice in 2008 with the hope of creating a firm that provided clients with exceptional legal service and the personal attention they deserve. I understand that meeting with an attorney can feel intimidating or frightening, so I strive to make each of my clients feel comfortable and at ease. I believe family should always come first, so I strive to create a harmonious balance between my personal and professional life.  As for my life outside of the office, I live north of Nevis with my amazing husband, Eric, and our two beautiful children, Elin and August. We love any activity that takes us outdoors to explore, learn, run and play.
