N/AOUTCOME:
In one notable case, a 16-year-old boy was riding a bike when a car struck and killed him in front of his home. The police did not adequately investigate the accident or question the driver, and althou ... gh the family retained outside counsel, the insurance company denied coverage by arguing the teen was wearing headphones. The father of the teen then asked Diane to further investigate the situation. Dianne subpoenaed for cell phone records, which allowed her to uncover new details about the accident. Her research found that the driver had been lost in the neighborhood and had made numerous calls in rapid succession before striking and killing the teen. As a result, Diane recovered all the available and substantial insurance proceeds from multiple insurance companies. As a result of Diane’s legal work, the family of the teen was able to get the answers and justice they wanted.
