Family Court Mediation

I just wanted to give my two cents in Regards to Mrs. Marso and my experience with her. I arrived to the law office 3 minutes late as I got lost trying to find the lawyers facility where the mediation was to take place. I was shown to the office where Marso was and put my briefcase down and proceeded... to get myself a cup of coffee. While doing this I politely apologized for being a few minutes late in which she didn't acknowledge one bit....well other then looking down slightly at her paperwork and rolling her eyes a bit. I knew from that point on that she wasn't a very friendly individual. Long story short, The mediation had to be rescheduled due to unseen circumstances (money). While I was packing my things and getting ready to leave Mrs. Marso started an argument with me in regards to the law and what judges expect and how they rule. She was very rude, confrontational and above all else arrogant as hell. I felt like I had lost before even starting so I decided to let her know that I would not reschedule the mediation with her as the mediator. She arrogantly just responded "That's Fine" She just couldn't wait to boust about her 36 plus years in law....... THANK GOD I didn't have the funds for her 250 dollar and hour fee or I would have truly got screwed I think. Being a father who was fighting for his custody rights of his precious daughter having this woman as a mediator would have been a disaster for my case I think. I informed opposing counsel that I need a say in the picking of the next mediator as I'm pretty sure opposing counsel was well aware of how Mrs. Marso Operates. I strongly suggest you stay clear of this Attorney if your a male who wants rights to any child.
