I will admit, we were desperate and in an extreme hurry to file this bankruptcy! And, Wes was wonderful… responsive and pleasant to work with.. said he would take care of my Mom!!! WOW!!!! What a bunch of BS!!! Everything the other people are saying is 100% true! He’s condescending, confrontati...onal and downright rude!!! In a correspondence, he flat out said: Heck, at her age, she might not be wth us in a month!!!!! He tells you one thing then makes you feel stupid!!! How is this guy still able to practice?!?!?!

This is one of the most unprofessional person I've ever met and had to do deal with. This the worst decision I've ever made in my life is to deal with this guy. He and his team it's supposed to work with you and help you through the whole entire process but that is so untrue they don't. I'm not goin...g to get into a lot of details with him but my best advice is don't ever hire him look for somebody else.

Do you know how when someone sells you something the follow up may not be as kind or helpful as the initial sale? Not so at Kain & Scott- this place is the real deal. From the time you call the first time until the last- they are very kind and professional. Can't say enough about Kain & Scott. If... you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney in Minnesota- you have found them.

From the momemt I called Kain & Scott- I could tell this firm was different▪ the receptionist was kind and helpful and stayed on thebohone with me a really long time. I set up an appointment and came in to see Wes Scott. When I walked in thenfront door- it was so serene. Wes was so nice and laid out ...my choices in a thoughtful manner. I have recommended Wes and Kain & Scott to a number of family and friends and everyone has raved about how well they were taken care of. DONT CALL ANYONE ELSE! Kain & Scott is awesome- you wont be dissapointed. Oh and Wes is funny- I miss going to see him.
