I retained Susan Dege’s office in good faith, paid every invoice on time, and remained patient throughout a five-month representation. Despite this, I experienced very little communication, minimal progress on my case, and never once had a direct phone conversation with the attorney handling my matte...r. After thousands of dollars in legal fees, I was abruptly dropped as a client without warning and now have to pay a new law firm to essentially restart the work. Extremely disappointing experience. Dege in a email stated she was just too busy to go full force after five months of accepted pay. If Dege is this busy do you want to spend thousands to be dropped five months in to your case. Just a heads up so you’re not as surprised as I was. Extremely poor customer service.
