Incompetent attorney
Do not use David dor an attorney. No communication. David is incompetent as an attorney. You will lose everything you have if you hire david.

Lack of follow up
I am involved in a case with David being the hired counsel, and after 2 detailed messages with no return phone call I am losing faith in his abilities to resolve this issue. At a bare minimum he should be able to return a phone call.
