I hired John Mack to defend me and I urge you to definitely think twice about doing so. He changed his mind several times on the strategy he was going to use. He failed to file a Judicial review in the first 30 days which would've saved me a lot of money in the long run. I even asked him a couple ...of times to complete this and he advised against this. He wasn't prepared and what he told me was not factual. He didn't represent me at all in the way someone should be after fronting the money he demanded. I ended up hiring another attorney after realizing he wasn't at all trying to help me and instead put more fear in me. I requested half of my money back since he didn't do what he said he was going to but he refused to refund me telling me I signed the contract. I couldn't trust his word nor was he even sure what defense he was going to use. Think twice before consulting with this attorney.
