DEFENDED THE STATE, SHARED NO RECORDS OR DISCOVERY WITH DEFENDANT, FORCED ADMISSION OF GUILT, REFUSED TO DEFEND MY INNOCENCE

Pratt was appointed by the court 3.5 months after I had been arrested, charged with disorderly conduct, and released from jail. When Pratt appeared on my case I had already been committed to a mental hospital. Pratt never came to see me, he called me once, maybe twice? Pratt never gave me any discove...ry, not even the records that were published on MCRO. I knew I was innocent when I was arrested for disorderly conduct after the officer put her hands on me two times in a row while yelling at me to stop touching her...be so for real who does that? Oh right, cops do that. Anyways, Pratt declined to hear what happened to me as I was adamant that I know what happened that day because I'll literally never forget it! Pratt tells me no, you're guilty and you need to plead guilty! I said I never touched her, she put her hands on me, twice and then arrested me for disorderly conduct wtf?! Pratt goes well you were yelling weren't you, you were being loud? I said yeah? Pratt said well see, your guilty because disorderly conduct doesn't require you to put your hands on somebody, you can be charged for being boisterous and you just admitted you were being loud so there's no way out of this you're guilty. I had no clue what the states evidence was because Pratt shared none of the discovery with me. The first time I even saw the records was 9 months after the case closed. I've only seen what's posted online that Pratt knew I had no access to while hospitalized. Never sent to me, never brought to me, but demanded I plead guilty because there was no way I wasn't guilty of yelling... I never harmed anyone else, nor myself...I never threatened to harm anyone else, nor myself....and I never attempted to harm anyone else, nor myself. I was violated and charged with the crime that the officer committed against me. I was civilly committed because I was a danger to myself and others based on the police report from this case by the officer who put her hands on me twice and in that case too, I was never given any of the records and told by the court-appointed attorney to accept the commitment that I didn't meet the criteria for. Same court, same county, all working in tandem. You hear stories like that and you think yeah right, they're guilty and in denial...as if collusion isn't real. It is. It happens. DON'T LISTEN TO AN ATTORNEY TELLING YOU TO PLEAD GUILTY, WHEN YOU KNOW YOU'RE INNOCENT. THEY'LL SAY ANYTHING UNTIL YOU BELIEVE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE. THEY'LL TELL YOU THAT YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO HAVE A COPY OF YOUR OWN RECORDS! THE COURT WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN'T FIRE A COURT-APPOINTED ATTORNEY. THEY WILL ARREST YOU FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND COURT-APPOINTED ATTORNEYS LIKE PRATT WILL COLLUDE TO DEFEND THE STATE INSTEAD OF THEIR INNOCENT CLIENT. But that's just what happened to me, It's unlikely that this will happen to anyone else which of course, makes me look like I must just be crazy, he's so great, he didn't do that to anyone else. Are you sure about that? I hope to god he didn't because what an absolute nightmare!
