Andrew Titus

Andrew Titus has been my lawyer for two different cases. One was a custody matter and now he is working on my divorce case. I couldn't ask for a better lawyer that is upfront and honest about everything. Andrew has answered my questions from either texts, Facebook, or phone calls. He has always answe...red them in a timely matter, and what's great is that he has answered my questions late at night, weekends and when he's been on vacation, not many lawyers would do this! I couldn't ask for a better lawyer!!! I would recommend him to anyone. The best part about Andrew is he gives you a consultation but it doesn't just stop at one, you can continue to call him with many more questions and he will continue to answer them, once again not many lawyers would do that! He's amazing so if you want a lawyer he's your guy!!

Accurate, Timely, and Intelligent

I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Titus as my attorney. I was really worried about my divorce from my ex-husband as I knew my ex-husbands attorney was very aggressive. Andrew, knew exactly how to handle my case, his experience and knowledge in law eased any and all of my worry as I moved forward ...in my divorce. He is aggressive when it is necessary, intelligent in all aspects of the law, and very approachable. I would not only recommend him if you are going through a divorce, but for any area of the law he specializes in. Worth every dollar.

Very professional

I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer for my dui. I was so worried about everything because it was my second. But he handled everything and took all the worry and stress out of the whole situation. He's a Lawyer that cares and I didn't feel like just another client. He made sure I had transp...ortation getting to court and kept me promptly updated. He takes care of things and puts you at ease. When you're under pressure with stress and such, you want someone who takes care of things and gets it done. If that's what your looking for, Andrew Titus should be your first choice. Give him a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Terrible

He's terrible. Hired for divorce and told him the situation and he told me he would get me back child support of almost 2 yrs while my ex never helped. Had asked multiple times if there was anything extra I needed to do for court purposes showering the kids were with me he kept telling me no but I wo...uld get it. Fast forward to court for child support the Judge was dumbfounded and asked who my lawyer for the divorce was because of his lack of detail in the divorce papers about the parenting time for the children and future arrangements. The judge told me Titus should have informed me asap to go to court house and file paperwork that showed I had custody of the kids this would have proved they lived with me until the divorce was final otherwise it was considered 50/50 custody. He not only didn't give me certain information that I needed to do before the divorce but also screwed me out of 2 yrs worth of child support. He is the worse lawyer I would NOT recommend to anyone!!!

I am sorry you are unhappy with the result. Regarding going to court as soon as possible, your ex-spouse nearly defaulted, meaning it would have concluded quickly without further time and expense. A hearing was set, however once he retained an attorney, the court was highly unlikely to grant the default request. Further, the child support order did order back child support, just not in the amount you wanted. As to your claim the divorce paperwork was lacking in detail about parenting time and future arrangements, that is not accurate. Your court order has specifics relating to parenting time and the foreseeable future.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
