This was a high profile action to prevent Tenet Health Systems from closing the Hospital of MCP in Philadelphia. I was on the medical staff at the time, and as an attorney, was successful in preventing ... the closure until the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania took over the hospital from Tenet and kept it open.
