Lynn A Johnson

I started practicing in 1996.  I was born and raised in Slayton, Minnesota and after graduating, came back to my hometown to set up my office.  I practiced criminal defense for 10 years and worked with numerous families, children and gained valuable insight into the practice of law in a number of different courtrooms.  During that time, I met numerous attorneys, judges, expert witnesses, and have made a wonderful network that now supplements my private practice very well.  I now practice primarily in estate planning, probate, family law and numerous agriculture issues for farmers.  I have represented 100's of clients in family law situations, representing both male and female clients.   I have been a past President of the Chamber of Commerce, a past board member of the DAC, the Hospice and the Murray County Medical Center.  I have been active in my community and have been a firm believer in supporting my local community by participating, donating or volunteering services.  I enjoy the practice of law and love what I do because I love people and enjoy working with all kinds and types.  I especially love a challenge!  I have a great staff that have been with me and work diligently alongside of me as a support system.
