I represented the Plaintiff/Condemnor Department of Transportation which involved the acquisition of a Wendy's fast food restaurant in Macon, GA. The Defendant/Condemnee JRR Management Company leased ... the building and operated the Wendy's restaurant. JRR claimed business losses and loss of franchise fee payments.
