Opposing party filed to terminate shared parenting and be awarded sole custody and residential parent status. The parties in this case were extremely contentious with multiple counselors, a psychologis ... t, and a Guardian ad litem involved. After approximately 18 months of litigation, the parties agreed to settle the case with the appointment of a Parenting Coordinator, who would be able to continue working with the parties should disputes arise in the future.
