Biography
I am on the Minnesota Supreme Court List of Neutrals for both family law and general civil matters. I am a practicing member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) and a member of the Family Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. I have many presented seminars to lawyers on the subject of divorce and mediation. I am certified to conduct “Social” and “Financial” Early Neutral Evaluations. I am a member of the Court of Appeals Family Law Mediation panel.
Prior to founding Mediation Services of Southern Minnesota, I was a 30 year partner at the law firm, Chesley, Kroon, Harvey and Carpenter.
