When not serving his clients, Michael volunteers countless hours for local community organizations including serving on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer of The Mankato Area Foundation. In addition, Michael serves as volunteer counsel to Twin Valley Council, Inc., Boy Scouts of America (President, 2005-2007), and to Lake Washington Club, Inc.
