Hello, I am Jon Sarff, P.L.C. I am a former criminal prosecutor and an experienced trial and appellate court attorney with more than 30 years of trial experience. I have extensive experience in family law and criminal defense cases. I negotiate and litigate cases on behalf of individuals, government units, and corporate clients. A large portion of my firm's cases are family law cases. I have successfully represented both women and men in uncontested and contested marital dissolution proceedings and paternity files involving the following issues: custody, parenting time, child support, medical support, allocation of child care costs, division of marital assets and debt, spousal maintenance, disposition of retirement accounts, disposition of real property, and nonmarital assets. My experience in criminal law includes trial experience as a prosecutory and criminal defense attorney for individuals.
