Travis Maxwell Ohly

I had a property right of way dispute with my city. It was three weeks after I started the case and Travis had not spoken with me yet even though I called his office many times and asked to speak with him. I wanted a hearing for a vacation of only the property that my house sits directly on, not an...y other property. Travis talked to the city lawyer before he talked with me and he told the city lawyer that he did not know what I wanted. Then his office sent some paperwork to a wrong e-mail address and they did not tell me that they sent it, and I did not receive it. The city said that I had the wrong document and that is what city hall gave me. Travis refused to go to the meeting with me and in the end I had to pull all of my paperwork and start over. I would have been better off with no lawyer than with Travis Ohly as I wasted months and got knowhere.
