Thomas Robert Patterson

Thomas R. Patterson, a Rochester native, is a 1982 graduate of Lourdes High School, a 1986 graduate of Regis College in Denver Colorado, and a 1989 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in October of 1989, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Mr. Patterson has represented injured workers since 1991. In 1995 he limited his practice to workers compensation claims and has exclusively represented injured workers since that time. He does not represent employers or insurance companies. Mr. Patterson has been named a Super Lawyer in the field of Workers’ Compensation by the publication Law and Politics for the past 5 years.
