Biography
Elham Boustani Haddon joined Sandberg Haddon LLC (formerly Sandberg Law Firm) in 2017. Elham brings her legal analysis and advocacy skills, her knowledge of medicine, and her empathy to every client’s case.
Elham is a Registered Nurse. She spent several years as a Certified Critical Care Nurse working in medical, surgical, and cardiothoracic intensive care units.
She graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, where she was a member of the Journal on Dispute Resolution, Moot Court and received the CALI Award for First Amendment.
After graduation, Elham joined a premier medical malpractice defense firm in Cleveland. There, she gained extensive knowledge and experience from a defense perspective that is very valuable to her injured clients
Elham specializes in personal injury, medical malpractice, Wrongful Death, Workers’ Compensation and excessive use of force civil rights cases.
Elham loves to spend time with her husband, two daughters, and two dogs, and to volunteer for Paws and Claws Humane Society. She loves to garden, cook, read and travel.
