Alec S. Osland

Alec works with clients to prepare wills and trusts that not only meet their goals but also provide tax advantages. He has broad experience working with a variety of clientele. He listens to his clients’ individualized needs and takes the time to educate his clients on all parts of the estate planning process. He is able to articulate complex matters so that his clients are able to understand their options. He is passionate about crafting plans which streamline the process when someone passes away and minimizes costs. Alec is a member of the Minnesota Bar and is incredibly involved in the community. He has been Past President of Minnesota Third Judicial District Bar Association, Vice President of Elder Network’s Board of Directors, named Legal Assistance of Olmsted County’s New Volunteer of the Year, and a Board Member of Rochester Host Lions Club. In his free time, Alec enjoys spending time outside with his family going to the park, fishing, and hiking.
