Biography
I’m Peter Sandberg, a personal injury and wrongful death lawyer. I’ve settled millions-of-dollars’ worth of claims for Minnesota families, and won hundreds of trials as well. I’m a Fellow with the American Board of Trial Advocates; enjoy an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory (the highest professional and ethical rating for lawyers) and have a wide-ranging experience handling personal injury and wrongful death claims.
My life began with the city of Zumbrota. I graduated from University of South Dakota; moved to Rochester and have lived here ever since. On February 15, 1975, my wife, Cynthia, and I were married, and we have been blessed with seven children and eleven grandchildren. We worship at Autumn Ridge Church.
I won a First Amendment/Free Speech case at no cost to the client before the Minnesota Supreme Court, and have done so for other people who can’t afford to hire a lawyer. Pro bono is a big component of my practice. What counts with me is customer service. Fantastic
Mr. Sandberg did an excellent job personalizing the process for me. I never had a problem getting a hold of him. He returned all phone calls and had time for all my questions. And he was able to find a resolution to a problem that seemed hopeless for me.
